At the beginning their service was great but not so much anymore… our prices have doubled and I don’t know what is going on with our recycling pick up!? At first it was dropping it down wherever they felt like, then it was literally in the middle of our driveway over and over but now just yesterday they didn’t even get it emptied, dropped it to the ground and spilled recycling all over the lawn!! I drove down our road and everyone’s recycling bins were a mess! Please please please do something about your recycling driver, this has been going on for awhile and only getting worse. 2 weeks later we had the same issue but after that we’ve had great service!! No more blocked driveway or dumped bins, Yay! HOWEVER my concern over the increased costs was never addressed and for that reason I am giving 4 stars.Original post:We moved to the area in 2018 and have been with Walter’s since then. They offered a one time discount (1 month free) and would be speaking with their driver.
